Ridiculous

Both skype apps ask me to log in and refuse to accept my username password. I reset until they locked me out entirely. When signing up for skype I chose "log in using facebook". Huge mistake apparently. I can log in online by clicking that log in using fb icon. Even being locked out of manual entry. All other ways I am locked out. The apps dont even have the log in with facebook option.

Totally ridiculous. Trying to get any human support to fix it has consumed the last 8 hours of my life. Zero understanding of the problem, they just want to send me password resets.

Amazing that this is the go to app, and as old as it is it has this many totally basic fails.

Microsoft seldom misses an opportunity to botch whatever it touches.
